INTRODUCING...
Jaylee Nicole Wilson
Born Easter Sunday, April 4
weighing 9 pounds 8 ounces
to proud parents:
Jame and Ashley
Mother, baby, and big brother, Gavin,
are recovering nicely.
UP-DATE ON ALASKANS:
Mandy, who spent 3 months in Point Hope with her sister, returned home on April 10, which was the same day her missionary, Spencer, came home from Germany. (Things are going well with them, they have seen each other every day since.) Camille, Tom, and their girls will be living in Spanish Fork for the summer, and they will be leaving as soon as school gets out on May 7. They are going back to Alaska for at least one more year.
BETHANY
turned 8 on April 9. She wanted to have Camille at her baptism, so she is waiting until June 5. It's hard to believe our baby is getting baptized! She is a healthy, normal child with a mind of her own! (see her blog, listed in right column)

January 28 would have been Grandma Ruby's 101st birthday. Jesse, almost 9 months younger, would have turned 100 last October. It's hard to believe they have been gone for almost 30 years! They were still young, by today's standards. We miss you, Grandma and Grandpa.

Headstone hunting :o

Mom, Jana, Tami, Natalie and Kasi went south to take pictures of all the headstones of relatives that we could find. This is Santa Clara Cemetary...creepy.

Jana is in the process of creating a roadtrip map with information so that you can all find the creepy cemetaries...if that is interesting to you! =)

We found the house mom grew up in in Logandale. There wasn't much left of it...just a few sidewalks and a cement basement room that was added after the house was built. We also went to Bunkerville and found the home of Bertha Wittwer.

We ended up in Vegas where we stumbled across the old fort, which was the ranch that mom's Grandfather leased in the 30's. She visited there as a child and on this trip she got to walk around the grounds where she once played. The ranch is gone but the old fort has been preserved in a state park. You will all want to go see that next time you're in Las Vegas.
